In today’s post, we are going to discuss some new liquid lipsticks that I have fallen deeply in love with. The “Le Marc Liquid Lip Crème” by Marc Jacobs Beauty is the latest liquid lipstick sensation to hit the market and boy does it pack a punch! This liquid lippy is a hydrating, creamy & rich formula that always feels cushiony and never makes your lips crack or exaggerates any fine lines. Even though this particular formula is a crème satin finish and not matte as with most liquid lipsticks, it’s still pretty long-lasting and provides full, even coverage with one layer. Your lips will look full and almost plump most of the day even after you eat because it’s features Brazilian cupuacu butter and collagen! Out of the first six colors provided in this range, I chose 3 to start off with – “Yours To Try” a warm peachy light buff shade, “Truth Or Bare” a stunning medium dusty rose pink shade & “Hot Cocoa” (my personal fave) a beautiful brown cinnamon shade that is to die for! And can we please take a moment to talk about the packaging?!! As with each Marc Jacobs Beauty product, the packaging is as luxurious as ever. These lippy’s are housed in a long super shiny and all black durable plastic tube with the brand logo in an eye-catching silver. I love the fact that the bottom of the tube features a small clear circle where you can conveniently see a swatch of the lip color. I do however wish that these liquid lipsticks had more of a scent to them. For those that prefer a very faint smell with their lip products, than these are for you! I have used these 3 liquid lip crème’s constantly since I purchased them back in December and I’m thinking of biting the bullet and getting the other 3 shades I don’t have even if they are $28 a pop! For an avid lipstick hoarder like me, using the same product for several days or weeks is definitely a big deal!
