Holy Highlight! Wet n Wild Megaglo Highlighting Powder!

Hi Guys!

Can we just take a moment to bask in the gloriousness of this golden highlight? Wet n Wild recently released their “Lost In The Wild Flowers – Summer Limited Edition Collection” and the Megaglo highlighting powders are definitely stealing the show! There are two powders in this collection – “Precious Petals” (the one I purchased) a beautiful pearlized gold  & “Crown Of My Canopy” which is more of a peachy blush topper. Precious Petals is simply a velvety smooth powder that glides effortlessly onto the skin. It gives you a naturally luminous and in-your face glow. Packaging is your basic Wet n Wild standard black and clear plastic, but once again, the packaging isn’t everything if the product inside is bomb and pure perfection for a price point this low. This is honestly one of the best highlighting powders Wet n Wild has ever come out with and it’s a real bummer that it’s Limited Edition. I strongly believe Wet n Wild should reconsider this and make these babies permanent to their collection. I searched high and low for Precious Petals, going to 8 different Duane Reade, Rite Aid, CVS and Walgreen pharmacies between my home and job and had no luck even finding a display for this collection. I had to bite the bullet and search for it on eBay since Wet n Wild didn’t have the collection online yet when I was in search of it. I was pretty lucky to find a seller on eBay who wasn’t charging a ridiculous up-charge for this highlighter so I placed my bid and won it! Since then, this collection became available just this week on Wet n Wild’s website, but quickly sold out. If you are lucky enough to stumble across this collection in your local drugstore, buy all the highlighting products immediately, it’s worth every penny!

*Currently sold out, this highlighting powder retails for $3.99 on Wet n Wild’s website and in local drugstores. If you want to go the eBay route like I did, prices vary between $24.00-$35.00. I was lucky enough to get mine before the prices were this ridiculous*
