New Jouer Long-Wear Lip Crèmes!

I’m really excited to talk to you all about the new liquid lipsticks from Jouer. They came out a few weeks ago and I was lucky enough to get 3 of them when I attended IMATS at the beginning of April. Honestly, I could have gotten more than 3, but the colors I chose spoke out to me the most. I kept it pretty neutral with shades “Melon”, “Lychee” & “Cassis”. I wanted colors I could use more on an everyday basis. As with all Jouer products, the packaging is very sleek & modern and I love that it comes with a small and precise doe-foot applicator. I find that either flat or smaller doe-foot applicators work best with liquid lipsticks. It makes the whole application process much faster and easier to stay within the lip lines. The formula of these lip crèmes is very moussey, not watery at all. They remind me so much of the Sephora brand lip crèmes. The consistency is not too thick (which I prefer) and they glide right onto the lips super smoothly. The smell is delicious, just like cake batter or cupcakes – it’s a similar scent to the Kylie Lip Kits if you have any to compare. I know many are not fans of the uber sweet smell of Kylie’s liquid lipsticks and glosses. If you hate these types of scents, than you might want to skip out on these Jouer lip crèmes all together. I was extremely impressed with the staying power of these liquid lipsticks! After you apply them, they are there to stay honey! I literally only had to touch up the color once throughout the whole day! It even stayed on for after I ate lunch and later on dinner. Did I mention I was also drinking a huge bottle of water throughout the day as well?! It’s pretty safe to say I will be purchasing more colors once they restock them on their website.
