The “Tarte” brand is an excellent line of eco-friendly/cruelty free cosmetics. As time passes, I’ve become more aware and have realized how important it is to use “all natural” products when it comes to my body/skin/hair and home. That’s why I am such a huge fan of there’s and what they stand for. Tarte uses plant extracts, essential oils/minerals and naturally derived ingredients in their products which is a definite plus. Who wants to use things with harsh chemicals and that can become potentially unhealthy for you? Last week I purchased their “Glamazon pure performance 12-hour lipstick” and instantly fell in love! The color I picked was “Inspired” which is a beautiful dusty rose almost mauve color. This lipstick is very rich and hydrating, doesn’t feather out and has a long wear. Although it didn’t last 12 hours as stated, (more like 6-7) it still is an impressive fete. Really didn’t have to reapply this color much throughout the day. Glamazon is also clay infused which helps keep color fade-free. I would say that the only CON with this lipstick is that I have some trouble twisting the product out from it’s tube, but other than that, I give this lippy a 4 out of 5 stars!
