Continuing with my foundation talk from last week, today – I want to discuss two of my absolute go-to and favorite ones by Make up For Ever, their “Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick & Liquid Foundations”! Both create a flawless complexion which is excellent for flash photography. These babies were specifically designed for film/TV and it’s completely invisible under the latest 4k lenses. And with just one layer of the product added onto the skin, it easily creates a build-able medium to full coverage look. Long-lasting and perfect for normal to dry skin, they each leave your skin looking radiant and natural looking while on camera. MUFE also offers a broad color range, the stick foundation has about 15 shades and the liquid foundation has over 40 shades to match all skin tones, making it a great foundation to carry in your kit if you are a traveling make-up artist. I love the coverage on both, but I tend to gear toward the stick form as its super user friendly and quick to apply when rushing in the morning. I also like using this one if my skin happens to be dryer than usual during the week as it feels moisturizing. I usually use the liquid version if I’m going to an event where photos are being taken and I have extra time to do my makeup that day or evening. I personally like using a flat-top foundation brush to apply both, but a beauty blender also works nicely with these items. Packaging is an A++, these pair are sleek and travel-friendly with the stick foundation in a roll-able tube finished with a top and the liquid foundation in a bottle with a hygienic pump. If you have very oily skin, I would stay clear of these as they are not matte whatsoever; they leave the skin with a dewy finish. Are you apart of the Ultra HD Generation? Let me know your thoughts on these in the comments below! 🙂
