TGIF Beauties!
When it comes to drugstore highlighters in the market, great ones are few and far in between. Most of the highlighters I have in my collection are high-end. I was never able to find a drugstore alternative that was up to par with what I needed in an illuminator, until now. No7’s “Shimmer Palette” In Color – Caramel has been giving me some serious life with its golden goodness and I decided I just had to share this amazing find with all of you! Available for only $14.99, this illuminator is worth every cent and more. The quality of this product is like no other highlighter I have encountered in the pharmacy. Seeing as most drugstore illuminators or powdery, with too much fall out and with little to no color payoff, No7 has beat the odds and crushed their competitors with this shimmer palette. The pigmentation is very comparable to Bobbi Brown’s Shimmer Bricks or Highlighting Powders and MAC’s Mineralized Skin Finish which I own many of and have already become some of my favorite highlighters. The formula is soft to the touch, blend-able and extremely buildable with little to no fall out. So if you want a subtle sheen or you want to shine bright like a diamond where your glow is visible from MARS, than this shimmer palette will become your go-to! My only complaint would be that I wish the actual packaging wasn’t so bulky. If the compact were just a tad slimmer, than I would give this a 10 out of 10, but a 9 out of 10 isn’t so bad either haha.
