I was so excited to finally try out products from “Motives Cosmetics”. “This line of makeup has had the internet buzzing with good word of mouth and has become increasingly popular within the last year. Motives is owned by Loren Ridinger an internet entrepreneur who is also the mastermind behind  “Market America” & “Shop.com” with her husband & partner JR Ridinger. The Motives brand has also come out with an alternate line “Motives For Lala”, a partnership with Loren’s close friend, TV personality Lala Anthony. I chose to order a lip gloss from the original Motives line and a lipstick from Motives For Lala. The “Mineral Lip Shine” gloss is extremely sleek, conditioning and moisturizing . “Peach Glaze” is a great shimmery shade that flatters many different skin tones. It also comes with a brush applicator that easily builds up the color on your lips without any messiness. Another great thing is that this product is completely Paraben free! As for the Motives For Lala “Mineral Lipstick”, this lippy glides on super smooth and flawlessly. The mineral formula provides build-able coverage and helps lock-in a moisturizing deep color. It leaves lips feeling soft and totally hydrated. This lipstick is infused with antioxidants that fully nourish your lips. I picked a darker shade (“Naughty”) intentionally because its perfect for those up & coming brisk Fall nights! I have become a complete and total fan! I’m a total sucker for good quality products in beautiful packaging! Definitely going to try one of their palettes next! 😀
