I did some light cosmetic shopping this week at J.Crew, Saks & Kmart. I just bought some basic items that I needed to re-stock and replenish. Speaking of J.Crew, I am so glad they decided to start selling a few select cosmetics EX: lipsticks/lip pencils/lip balms/nail polish, definitely a smart move from them in a new exciting direction to make them a one stop shop. Now back to my purchases, in the below collage you will find all the info you need on these items and mini reviews for your reference. E.l.f., NARS & Bobbi Brown are all excellent lines of cosmetics, e.l.f. obviously being the more affordable of the bunch. I love mixing in higher end makeup with more price friendly options. Only thing I didn’t like is the fact that this is an old school style lip pencil that you have to sharpen, not like the newer ones you can twist at the end. NARS “Concealer” In Color: Honey – This concealer is super moisturizing, light weight and has a creamy formula, it helps hide under eye imperfections, its also crease resistant and has a nice finish. I did end up getting the perfect color match for my skin with the shade “honey”, since I bought it online, I was surprised. I actually like to get my concealer a shade or two lighter to help highlight, but oh well, still a good product and would definitely re-purchase lol…
