I’ve recently encountered the fabulous all natural brand “Burt’s Bees”, purchased from my local beauty supply store. And I must say, I have found a new LOVE. Not only are their products soothing and affordable, but I like the fact the their packaging is simple yet practical and that the products and ingredients themselves are environmentally friendly. After all nature knows BEST! I ended up buying 4 items, 2 for the skin and 2 for hair care & up keep. See my below reviews for each, best buy in a long time!

Burt’s Bees “Natural Acne Solutions Clarifying Toner” – Recently I’ve had some breakouts around my chin area, so I wanted something to help clear my face up, but nothing too harsh as I have sensitive skin…This toner with its mix of witch hazel (personal fave), willow bark, salicylic acid and lemongrass acts as an astringent removing any left over makeup, residue, dirt and oil from your face. I have only been using this product for about 3 days and I already see a difference in my skin, its healthier looking with a much smoother surface and my blemishes have been clearing up fast!

Burt’s Bees “Super Shiny Mango Shampoo” – My hairline suffers from dry scalp/flaking and no matter how much I take care of my hair and wash it, I always seem to encounter this issue, so I like to use specialized shampoo’s and conditioner’s that target this specifically and helps alleviate it as much as possible…This shampoo gives your hair a natural shine & is very gentle on the scalp, it also smells divine! It helps reduce frizz and keeps your hairline looking healthy and silky. Best part is that this shampoo is sulfate free, which means no harshness on your scalp! People with a dry scalp condition will appreciate this feature because it reduces this problem the more you use it!

Burt’s Bees – “Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo Hair Treatment” – As a woman who loves to deep condition and take the up-most care in her hairline, this little miracle in a bottle will completely revitalize your locks!…This super rich and buttery treatment with its avocado oil, almond oil, olive oil, rosemary and nettle extracts will leave your hair moisturized, hydrated and with a super glossy shine. You must apply it pre-shampoo (as stated in the name) and leave it on for about 15 minutes so it can completely deliver the essentials to your scalp, great quality product for the price!
