A makeup look I usually do at least once a week is a sexy, bold and visually appealing cat-eye! First made super famous and popular in the 60’s, this look has transcended decades and has made a definite comeback in recent years. As most ladies know, making the perfect cat-eye takes much practice and patience. You must have a very steady hand when creating a nice, fluid and flawless line on your eye. It takes a few tries, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll want to rock this look as much as possible. To create successfully, one must have a liquid or gel liner that can properly do the job and last all day long especially in the summer heat. Below are the details of my top 3 liners that I’ve used time and time again when creating my perfect cat-eye. And trust me when I say, I’ve tried plenty of liners in my day! They’re a little on the expensive side, but their quality is unprecedented. These 3 just always seem to do the trick without a hitch!
